2023 Limited Ed. 05 “Chamomile and Orange”

Well, this month's limited is CHAMOMILE and ORANGE. Actually, this was the first time for me to decide on the botanicals and do all the blending and stuff…. Fortunately, I had a lot of time to work on it, so I was able to get the opinions of the Mr.Umeda and Ms.Sugikawa, and managed to get it into shape. It is a gin with the aroma of chamomile, supported by orange and cinnamon, which gives a warm spring feeling.

2023 Limited Ed. 04 “Strawberry and Herb”

It is spring in 2023. Recently, even in Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture, where the distillery is located, we have begun to feel the arrival of spring. Flowers are blooming in the fields where the snow has melted, trees are budding, and the hours of sunlight are getting longer. Now, we have the fourth Limited Edition for 2023. My guess this time is strawberry.

2023 Limited Ed. 03 “bar Nezunomi”

Since I started making sake, I have been fortunate enough to have the opportunity to visit Kyushu in Japan. I suppose this is also due to spirits that has brought me here. The first time I visited, I was able to get some great tips for launching a gin, and the second time I had a great time with many people involved in gin industry. It was last year when I visited bar Nezunomi in Fukuoka.
