「和製ハーブの女王」とも言われるよもぎ。新潟県上越地方に自生する良質なよもぎを主とした80種類の原材料を、1年かけてじっくりと陶器のかめで発酵・熟成させたのち、アルコール分を蒸留したものを、さらにもう一度蒸留しています。2回目の蒸留のときはハーバルな香りが活きるように仕上げています。
ふんわりと野草が香り清涼感のあるスピリッツは、柑橘系のジュースと炭酸で割りサワーとして、またモヒートのベースとして使うのもおすすめです。
