The theme of the March Limited Edition is "Blue Fruits.
Instead of just using fruit, we used plenty of cucumber and kiwi, and devised a way to express the fruit with a green tinge by crossing them.
Parts distilled from cedar leaves and green tea, and Japanese hacca, distilled under reduced pressure, were added to add a gentle sweetness and a refreshing aroma. A little pink pepper was then added to tighten and balance the overall flavor.
The best way to drink it is with soda. Soda up gives a refreshing gin soda with a lingering fresh flavor of cedar leaves while the aroma of Hakka spreads.
