YASO GIN Yuzu is a gin that combines the lustrous aroma of yuzu and the rich bitterness of its peel with the flavor of juniper berries. In addition to yuzu peel, we added Japanese-inspired botanicals such as sansho (Japanese pepper), shiso leaves, and tea, as well as Western-inspired spices such as coriander seeds and cinnamon leaves. The result is a drink with more depth of flavor, with a strong sense of yuzu, but also a harmony with the other botanicals.
Tonic: The bitter taste of yuzu peel and juniper berries give the drink a fruity flavor. With soda, the sansho (Japanese pepper) and coriander flavors are enhanced for a refreshing and clean taste.
