How to apply for regular delivery
STEP1.
Add regular products to your shopping cart
Enter or select the number of items you would like to receive each month from the Regular Delivery Items page,
Click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
STEP2.
Login / Member Registration
Membership registration is required to subscribe to the regular service.
Please enter your information and register as a new member.
STEP3.
After entering your shipping preferences and payment method settings, click the "Place Order" button, confirm your order, and then click the "Place Order" button again to complete the process.
You can check your order history and update your membership information in My Account.
STEP4.
Automatic monthly delivery!
The product will be automatically delivered to your designated address on the 15th of each month.
Regular Delivery Service Terms of Use
A regular delivery service ("Regular Delivery Service") is a service provided by Echigo Yakuso Co. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") delivers products specified by the Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Subject Products") to customers on a regular basis in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The Company will deliver the products specified by the Company (hereinafter referred to as "Eligible Products") to the customer on a regular basis. If a customer purchases a Product through the regular delivery service, the Terms and Conditions shall apply.
Article 1 (Application)
- This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which we provide scheduled services to our customers.
- In addition to these Terms and Conditions, the subscription service will be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions separately stipulated by the Company ("Individual Terms and Conditions"). The Individual Terms and Conditions may differ from those set forth in the Terms and Conditions. Please note that the Individual Terms may set different conditions from those of the Regular Service as set forth in this Agreement. In such cases, the Individual Terms shall prevail.
Article 2 (Regarding Regular Service)
- Regular delivery service is a service whereby you place a single order and receive regular deliveries of the product(s) in question.
- Delivery of eligible products by regular delivery will be made on a "monthly" basis.
- You may cancel the second and subsequent deliveries (termination of regular delivery) by contacting us. If you wish to cancel, please contact us by the end of the month prior to the scheduled delivery date. If you contact us after the end of the month prior to the scheduled delivery date, we will accept the cancellation from the next scheduled delivery date.
- For the second and subsequent deliveries, we will automatically continue to deliver the product under the same conditions until you contact us to discontinue the delivery in accordance with the preceding paragraph.
Article 3 (Regarding Orders)
- Regular delivery will be automatically made on the "15th of every month" according to the details of your order. However, due to traffic conditions or natural disasters, the delivery date may be earlier or later than the specified date.
- Product orders are accepted via the Internet in a manner determined separately by the Company.
Article 4 (Delivery)
- The delivery address will be the address registered at the time of application. If you need to change the delivery address, please notify us at least 10 days prior to the scheduled delivery date.
- You can change the delivery date or quantity. Please notify us at least 10 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. If you notify us less than 10 days prior to the scheduled delivery date, we will accept the change from the next delivery after the scheduled delivery date.
Article 5 (Method of Payment)

Credit cards are accepted. We will confirm your credit card number and expiration date when you use your credit card.
*If your credit card number changes or expiration date is renewed, please notify us at least 10 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. However, depending on the credit card you use, you may be able to continue to pay for the merchandise without notifying us. - Cash on delivery is available (not available in some areas).
Article 6 (Cancellation or Suspension of Scheduled Delivery by Customer)
- The regular service will continue to be delivered under the same conditions until you contact us to discontinue it in accordance with Article 2.
- Subscriptions can be cancelled in My Account for your convenience.
Article 7 (Use of Personal Information)
Your personal information will be used under strict control for administrative communications from us and our contractors, various types of guidance, operations associated with shipping, product development, and consideration of product sales policies.
For details of the privacy policy, please refer to our website and agree to the terms of the privacy policy before applying.
Article 8 (Returns and Exchanges)
- All requests for product returns or exchanges must be made by phone within 8 days of receipt.
- Customers are responsible for shipping charges for returns and exchanges for their own reasons.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges of products that have been used or opened. However, this does not apply to returns or exchanges due to our responsibility.
- If you have already paid for the product, we will refund your money within 4 weeks as a general rule after we confirm the return of the product. However, there may be a delay due to administrative reasons.
Article 9 (Suspension or Interruption of Regular Service)
In any of the following cases, the Company may suspend or discontinue the provision of scheduled services without prior notice to the customer. In such cases, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by you, except in cases where we are responsible for such loss or damage.
- In the event of war, earthquake, fire, power outage, or other emergency that prevents us from providing scheduled services as scheduled.
- If we are unable to provide the regular delivery service as usual due to unavoidable circumstances such as product shortages or end of sale.
- Other cases in which we deem it necessary to temporarily suspend the operation of the subscription service.
Article 10 (Change or Termination of Regular Service)
- MCC reserves the right to change the contents of the subscription service, terms of service, or these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to customers when MCC deems it necessary to do so. Any changes will be notified to customers through the notification media specified by the Company, on the notification page of the official website, or by other means.
- Minebea may terminate the subscription service for its own reasons. In such a case, the Company will give prior notice to customers through the notice media specified by the Company, on the notice page in the official website, or by other means.
- The customer agrees in advance to each of the preceding paragraphs.
- In the event that Peach changes or terminates your scheduled service pursuant to the provisions of Paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Article, Peach shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by you, unless such loss or damage is caused by Peach's own negligence.
Article 11 (Exemption from Liability)
In the event that we cause damage to you in connection with a scheduled service for reasons attributable to us, the extent of our obligation to compensate for damages shall be limited to the total amount of fees we have received from you in connection with the scheduled service, and shall be limited to ordinary damages (not including incidental damages, special damages, lost profits, or other indirect damages, whether or not foreseeable) directly caused by you as a result of your use of the scheduled service. (excluding incidental damages, special damages, lost profits, and other indirect damages, whether or not foreseen or foreseeable) directly incurred by you as a result of the use of the scheduled flight.
However, this shall not apply if such damage is caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 12 (Governing Law and Agreed Jurisdiction)
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. If any dispute arises regarding the performance or interpretation of this Agreement, the Tokyo District Court or Niigata District Court, Takada Branch shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
