The August limited edition is a "mint" gin.
YASO GIN 150 plus apple mint, plus a generous dose of spearmint and Japanese hacca.
The menthol and carvone in the mint make it a crisp, refreshing, and aromatic gin.
The increased amount of Japanese peppermint was harvested at GOOD GRIND FARM in Kashiwazaki, Niigata Prefecture.
Three members of the distillation team were also present during the harvest.
When harvesting, the scent of hackberry blew through the air on the wind, and a fresh aroma covered the area as if your breath was soaking just working on the harvest.
This refreshing mint gin, which locks in such deliciousness, is perfect for a cool drink after coming home from a hot and humid day, or as an accompaniment to a BBQ outside.
