The concept for October's gin is "lemonade.
This time, instead of selecting key botanicals and distilling them, we have created a limited edition product by "recreating lemonade in gin".
No honey or sweeteners are used, and the aroma of lemonade is reproduced with the scent of Japanese lemons and herbs.
Lemon, fresh rosemary, and orange flower are added and increased to create this scent.
This "adult lemonade" combines the sharp lemon peel aroma from the basket distillation with the fresh lemon pulp from the macerated distillation, plus notes of green rosemary and sweet, slightly bitter notes of orange flower.
The base gin supports this aroma by creating a clear and gorgeous aroma with a touch of cardamom.
Autumn lemonade made at the beginning of the Japanese lemon harvest. It has a soothing taste that can be enjoyed leisurely on a long autumn evening.
