THE HERBALIST YASO GIN

Exclusive to Echigo Yakuso Distillery

Echigo Yakuso Distillery's limited edition gin, bottled in a special gray bottle. Koshihikari rice, Uonuma cedar, and other ingredients from Niigata Prefecture are distilled to create a gin that lets you enjoy Niigata. It is a powerful gin distilled from juniper berries and other ingredients all distilled together without separating them by raw material. This special gin has a sweet bitterness of grapefruit harmonized with green notes, and the sweetness of Koshihikari rice in the back.
It has a more herbal taste with a gin and tonic or soda.
