グレーの特別ボトルにボトリングした越後薬草蒸留所限定ジン。新潟県産のコシヒカリや魚沼杉などを蒸留し、新潟を堪能できるジンに仕上げました。ジュニパーベリーなど原料で分けずに全て一緒に蒸留した力強いジンで、グレープフルーツの甘苦さにグリーンノートが調和、奥にコシヒカリの甘味が広がる特別なジンです。
ジントニック、ソーダ割りなどでよりハーバル感のある味わいになります。
