Distilled with aniseed, star anise, and fennel seeds, it is a refreshing absinthe with the pleasant bitterness of wormwood and the sweet aroma of anise.
In order to bring out the best flavor, we carefully blended the aniseed and fennel seeds to be distilled with the wormwood, and also took into consideration the distillation temperature. In addition, we have enhanced the flavor by adding decompression-distilled Japanese mugwort. Rosemary and Japanese Hakka (Hakka) were also added to add a refreshing taste that makes you want to drink more and more.
It is delicious mixed with simple water, soda, or tonic, especially with soda for a refreshing taste and tonic for a gorgeous flavor.
