ALBI GIN

This time Albigin was manufactured to wish Albirex Niigata's success in J1,
The craft gin is made with lots of "orange," which is also Albi's club color.

The oranges used were two domestic varieties.
A special version of this gin is made with sour and juicy Valencia oranges, sweet and fragrant navel oranges, spices, and juniper berries, the key ingredient in gin (the origin of the word gin).

Let's support Albirex Niigata together with Albiguin!

Recommended drinking
First, the recommended way to drink it is a gin and tonic.
A gin and tonic is a drink in which gin is mixed with tonic water, a carbonated drink with a sweet, sour, and slightly bitter taste.
Tonic water is available at Yamaya, Aeon-affiliated supermarkets, and Harashin in Niigata Prefecture.
First, put ice in a glass and add about one-fourth to one-fifth of the gin. Then add tonic water and mix lightly from the bottom with a spoon!
For those who do not like sweetness, gin soda mixed with soda water or hot water is also recommended.
To make a hot water drink, pour the boiled water into a cup and then add albizin, which gives the drink a delicious orange aroma.

[Recommended snacks
Cheesecake and fresh chocolate are recommended as snacks.
The fragrant orange goes well with milky cheese and the aroma of chocolate.
If you want to match it with a meal, it goes well with dishes using olive oil and tomatoes, such as Italian and Spanish cuisine.
Perhaps an even more surprising combination, Chinese food is also a good match.
How about a different way to enjoy Chinese food by combining Albizin Soda with a slightly oily, thickened stir-fry dish?
