Echigohime, a brand-name strawberry from Niigata with a strong aroma, is used as the botanical, and eight fresh herbs are blended to match its fresh, sweet aroma. Echigohime, which is juicy and fresh, grows slowly through Niigata's cold winters and is characterized by its sweetness and strong aroma. In order to bring out the aroma of Echigohime, this gin is distilled in four parts and blended.
