September's limited edition gin is a collaboration with Chetta, a bar in Niigata City.
The master requested "a citrusy, punchy gin that can be served with soda.
So, with lemon peel as the main ingredient, we added lemongrass, green pepper with its fresh and blue punch, margao with its lemon and prickly pepper aroma, fennel seed with its cool and refreshing taste, and timbrel with its passion fruit-like aroma and stimulation, to create a gin with a punch of spice and a burst of citrus flavor. The result is a gin with a punch of spice and a burst of citrus.
When mixed with soda, the top notes are lemon and margao, with a variety of spices on the nose.
Because it goes well with meat dishes and other foods, simple gin and soda is recommended as a mealtime drink.
