Craft gin limited to Spring 2020.
Botanicals include 23 ingredients from the same year's blend of <80 (YASO) Gin, as well as the addition of extremely rare domestic bergamot grown in olive groves on Shodoshima.
We use luxurious organic, pesticide-free bergamot, which is so aromatic that it is used in essential oils and fragrances. Enjoy the fresh and refreshing citrus flavor of twice the usual amount of juniper berries and freshly picked bergamot.
