The key botanical in this limited gin is cacao.
As you know, this plant is used to make chocolate and cocoa.
However, it is probably not well known that chocolate is a fermented food.
For this limited edition, we used the Arriba variety (Nacional), a rare endemic variety grown in Ecuador, a country located just below the equator. Characterized by its powerful aroma and gorgeous aftertaste, this cacao has a rich, chocolatey aroma that can be enjoyed well after distillation.
The harmony of this rare cacao and the fermentation of wild herbs creates a special gin that cannot be tasted anywhere else.
