The botanical to be added this time is Yashikibara watermelon produced in Minamiuonuma City, Niigata Prefecture.
Hakkaisan, Echigo-komagatake, and Nakanodake), the temperature difference between day and night is large, which makes the watermelon much sweeter and tastes delicious right down to the rind. The rind of the Yashikibara watermelon is used as a key botanical.
