2020年第四弾となる限定クラフトジン。
今回追加するボタニカルは新潟県南魚沼市で作られる八色原スイカ。
八海山麓の黒土火山灰、越後三山（八海山、越後駒ケ岳、中ノ岳）に囲まれた山間地にあるため昼夜の寒暖差が大きく、スイカの甘みがぐっとまし、皮の際まで甘さを感じる美味しいスイカです。その八色原スイカの皮をキーボタニカルとして使用しました。
八色原スイカの上品で瓜特有の青い香りをお楽しみください。
