YUZU

This gin features the lustrous aroma of yuzu and a pleasant bitterness derived from the peel, layered with the flavor of juniper berries. YASO GIN Yuzu aims to create a taste where Japanese and Western flavors harmonize with the charm of yuzu. It features a well-balanced blend of traditional Japanese ingredients—yuzu, shiso, and sansho—with Western spices such as coriander seeds and cinnamon leaves. During the distillation process, the yuzu was divided into three parts based on their distinct aromas and flavors, resulting in a finished product that delivers a rich, multidimensional yuzu profile.
When mixed with tonic water, it offers a fruity flavor profile with notes of yuzu peel and juniper berries. We recommend the Gin and Tonic. When mixed with soda water, it becomes even lighter and pairs perfectly with meals. On cold days, we also recommend mixing it with hot water.
