TONIC

This tonic syrup is made from Japanese lemon, pink grapefruit, yuzu peel, and Japanese mountain ginseng leaves, plus a plant fermentation extract made from 80 different wild herbs and other ingredients. You can taste the firm bitterness mainly from Japanese mountain ginseng leaves.
We recommend mixing the syrup with carbonated water and blending it in to create a special tonic water that can also be used as an ingredient in alcoholic beverages.
