THE HERBALIST YASO GIN EXTRA HERB

“YASO GIN EXTRA HERB, based on the theme of “imaginary fruits in the forest,“ was renewed in December 2025. The botanicals and base spirits used remain the same, but the “cutting position" of the distillation process was re-examined, and the blending ratio was reconstructed. In the manufacturing process, we were conscious of the "aroma of space. We were conscious of expressing the "expansive aroma" that one feels when being in the same space as the ingredients. As a result, we were able to create a flavor that makes it easier to feel and enjoy the changes from the beginning to the lingering aftertaste, as the aroma of cedar leaves and fir leaves spreads through the forest.
To use an abstract analogy, it is "the moment when imaginary fruits in the forest ripen, sunlight shines through the trees, a path opens up, and you are in a space where the trees and the air come together. The result is an expansive scene like this.
Gin and tonic is the recommended way to drink it.
