An original gin made with our in-house distilled spirit, derived from a plant-fermented extract composed of 80 ingredients, primarily wild herbs. It features the green aroma of conifers like cedar and fir, layered with fruity and spicy nuances. It is crafted by distilling and blending juniper berries as the main ingredient, along with various spices such as coriander and botanicals like bergamot and fir. Furthermore, rather than focusing on the scent of the ingredients themselves, we aim to evoke the aroma of being in the same “space” as those ingredients. Through careful experimentation with distillation cuts and blending ratios, we have crafted a flavor profile that allows you to clearly experience the evolution from the first sip to the lingering finish.
We recommend serving it as a gin and tonic. This brings out its fruity notes and allows you to appreciate its coniferous flavor.
