In Jouetsu district, Niigata Pre., known as the suitable city for fermentation, we ECHIGO YAKUSO plan, manufacture and sell healthy food utilizing wild grass and original fermentation technique.
47 years have passed since the study started, which delivers health to customers through our products being particular about ingredients and process.
Our main product is YASO ECHIGO YAKUSO.,LTD ENZYME made from 80 ingredients selected by carefully ,which also undergoes one year of fermentation.
