Absinthe made with YASO SPIRITS and distilled from wild herbs such as wormwood, anise, and star anise.
The resulting absinthe was used to macerate pesticide-free spearmint, shiso leaves, and rosemary from Myoko, Niigata Prefecture.
In addition to a fresh and invigorating aroma, the liquid color is characterized by a natural tint derived from plant ingredients.
Furthermore, the change to a milky white color has been improved to achieve the ideal rise to a milky white color.

In addition to the Gold Award-winning YASO Absinthe Prototype 03, four other products received Bronze Awards in the SPIRIT category.
■YASO GIN 100
Based on the concept of herbs and flowers, lavender, chamomile, jasmine, and rose were used as botanicals, and the proportions were adjusted and distilled to create a gorgeous fragrance.
■YASO SPIRITS 80
This distilled spirit is made by fermenting and maturing 80 different ingredients, mainly high-quality mugwort that grows wild in the Joetsu region of Niigata Prefecture, in a ceramic jar for one year to extract the alcohol content.
■YASO GIN 2022
The distillation method was modified to enhance the aroma by lightly crushing juniper berries and spices by hand, while increasing the number of filtrations to achieve a clear and transparent flavor.
■YASO SPIRITS LEMON
With a refreshing lemongrass aroma of rare maqaw(Scientific name: Litsea cubeba) and botanicals made from fresh, whole, domestic, pesticide-free lemons, this product offers a fresh lemon flavor.
“Spirits,” “Gin,” and “Absinthe” are the one and only alcohols created by ECHIGOYAKUSO Inc. which has been researching wild herbal enzymes for over 40 years under the theme of health, using alcohol generated as a byproduct of the production process of fermented enzyme products made from 80 different wild plants.
We have previously received the Bronze Award at the International Wine & Spirit Competition (IWSC). This year, we entered five products in the competition and were honored to receive awards for all of them.
