Yaso Gin 2022 will be the 3rd anniversary of the birth of Feb. 2022.
YASO GIN 2022 is made by adding 70 kinds of botanicals to YASO SPIRITS, which is created by redistilling the alcohol occuring in the process of the enzyme manufacture through the fermentation of 80 kinds of ingredients (mainly wild grass). Label “150” describes the whole amount of base spirits and botanicals. The former consists of 80 ingredients, the latter has 70 kinds.
We improved the distillation method to achieve a clear and light taste and make it possible to create crisp flavor by increasing the filtering process, and gently crushing juniper berry and spices to scent.
