This butterfly pea, which is also used in herbal teas, is a plant characterized by its blue pigmentation.
This time, we used this natural pigment to create a gin as blue as the clear sky.
Butterfly Pea has been a limited edition product every year since YASO began.
This year, the third edition, we have added a twist to the base gin.
By increasing the amount of some of the ingredients and changing the timing of adding the basket, we have focused on the aroma and taste of the base gin.
It has a deep flavor that goes perfectly with the beautiful blue color.
And the pigment in butterfly pea changes from purple to pink when acidic substances are added.
