Echigo Yakuso Distillery was featured in the latest January issue (on sale December 6) of “Discover Japan,” a magazine that introduces essential and attractive Japanese culture through good “things,” “things,” “places,” and “people” in Japan.
The theme of this issue is “To a tipsy trip with sake and snacks.
The concept is that if you really want to enjoy “delicious sake and snacks,” the best way is to go on a trip. The magazine features a wide variety of Japanese sake culture from all over Japan, including sake, shochu, Japanese wine, craft beer, craft gin, rum, whiskey, and even new types of sake that have never been available before.
