Using cedar leaves harvested in Uonuma, Niigata as the main botanical, we use a low-pressure distiller that can distill at low temperatures to extract the natural aroma of the plant without using any fragrance.
We imagined “Uonuma cedar trees grown up in the morning mist deep in the mountains.
The natural aroma of taking a forest bath in the mountains of Niigata, surrounded by morning mist, is captured in this non-alcoholic gin!
It is non-alcoholic with an alcohol content of 0.00%, which can be enjoyed by both non-drinkers and non-drinkers, making it the perfect natural drink for a relaxing chill time after a bath or sauna.
