This Albigin was produced to pray for Albirex Niigata’s J1 success.
This craft gin is made with a lot of orange, the club color of Albirex Niigata.
The oranges used are two varieties produced in Japan.
The special version is made with Valencia oranges, which are juicy and sour, and navel oranges, which are sweet and aromatic, plus spices and juniper berries, the key ingredient in gin (the origin of the word “gin”).
Let’s support Albirex Niigata with Albigin!
【Recommended Drinking】
The first recommended drink is a gin and tonic.
A gin and tonic is a drink in which gin is mixed with tonic water, a carbonated drink with a sweet, sour, and slightly bitter taste.
Tonic water can be found at Yamaya, Aeon supermarkets, and Harashin in Niigata Prefecture.
First, fill a glass with ice and add about one-fourth of the gin. Add the tonic water and mix lightly with a spoon from the bottom, and you are ready to drink!
If you don’t like sweetness, gin soda mixed with soda water or hot water is also recommended.
For hot water mixing, pour boiling water into a cup before adding the albizin, which gives it a delicious orange flavor.
【Recommended snacks】
Cheesecake and raw chocolate are recommended as snacks.
The fragrant orange goes well with milky cheese and the aroma of chocolate.
For meals, dishes with olive oil and tomatoes, such as Italian and Spanish cuisine, go well together.
And although it may seem an unexpected combination, it also goes well with Chinese food.
How about a different way to enjoy Chinese food by adding Albizin Soda to oily, thickened stir-fries and other dishes?
