The new product, to be released on September 1, 2023, is a refreshing lemon gin with the scent of Japanese lemon, a newly renewed lemon spirit. Along with the current THE HERBALIST YASO GIN and THE HERBALIST YASO GIN ORANGE, the new THE HERBALIST YASO GIN LEMON will be a regular product available year-round.
This refreshing and herbal gin has a clear, sweet and sour lemon aroma that makes you feel as if you are in a lemon grove. In the mouth, you can smell the bitterness and spice of lemon, and softly taste the sweetness of juniper berries.
The ingredients used are 11 botanicals, mainly Japanese lemons. These ingredients were blended in a well-balanced manner to enhance the fresh lemon aroma and to create a refreshing drink that you will never get tired of drinking.
The new Lemon Gin is a blend of three parts.
The first is a juniper berry-based component. The first is a part distilled from juniper berries and coriander and other spices, which gives the gin a clear, dry taste while maintaining the herbal aroma of the original spirit.
The second part is characterized by a strong lemon aroma, distilled with lemon peel in a basket.
The third part is made by soaking and distilling whole lemons to extract the sweetness and bitterness of the lemons.
These three parts are blended in good balance to express the aroma of a fresh lemon grove.
As for how to drink it, we recommend gin and tonic as well as gin and soda. A slightly stronger soda will give you a juicy lemon flavor, making it an easy-to-drink cocktail that is perfect with a meal.
