The botanical that we added this time is Yairohara watermelon produced in Uonuma city, Niigata. Because of the black soil volcanic ash at the foot of Mt. Hakkai and the location surrounded by Echigosanzan (Mt. Hakkai, Mt. Echigo-Komagatake, Mt. Nkanodake) , the temperature difference between day and night is large, and that makes the watermelon much sweeter, even the edge of the peels makes you feel the sweet flavor. We used the Yairohara watermelon as the key botanical. Please enjoy the elegant and unripe flavor of Yairohara watermelon.
