October’s limited edition gin is reminiscent of autumn with its gentle fragrance of golden osmanthus.
The addition of a variety of fresh herbs, along with the abundant use of golden osmanthus, adds complexity to the aroma, resulting in a deeply flavored gin.
We distill a basket of fresh herbs, such as golden osmanthus, angelica, and Mexican sweet herb, to bring out the aroma of the ingredients themselves.
We also added a little orange peel distillate to balance the aroma and taste.
When mixed with tonic or soda, the fragrance spreads as if you can imagine the fragrance of a golden osmanthus coming in the autumn breeze.
