■What we offer

In this special session, we will be offering “Matcha Espresso Gin and Tonic” using Uji Matcha from Kyoto Prefecture for a limited time only in December.
We will also be selling “Senkyu” products on a weekly basis. Products from Senkyu, which does not have a physical store, will only be available at Echigo Herb Distillery CRAFT GIN STAND in December.
Matcha cultivated through nature and tradition in Kyoto, an environment blessed with soil and light, and craft gin researched and developed by Echigo Yakuso, a wildflower expert in Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture, one of the nation’s leading mugwort producing areas. Enjoy this special session.

A rich, melting matcha custard made with a generous amount of Uji matcha is placed inside a crunchy, fragrant dough made from brown rice flour. This canelé is full of contrasting textures.

 Matcha white chocolate moist cookie “Oborozuki” 407 yen
I used about 2g of Uji Matcha per piece. The sweetness of white chocolate, the bitterness of matcha, and a little saltiness blend into a moist texture, creating a rich, gluten-free matcha cookie with a deep flavor.

 Rice flour matcha financier 356 yen
Senkyu’s signature matcha sweets sold 200 sets in a few hours during Christmas. It is a dish that can be enjoyed by both children and adults, as it does not contain flour or margarine, nor does it contain any flavorings or colorings.

Rice flour matcha fondant chocolate 598 yen
The fluffy dough is made with Haenuki rice flour from Yamagata Prefecture, and the flavorful Uji matcha ganache is inside. Just heat it in the microwave and the matcha chocolate will melt from inside.
