THE HERBALIST YASO, a craft gin brand developed with SDGs in mind, will open at [Whiskey Festival 2023 in Tokyo]

The craft gin brand “THE HERBALIST YASO” will also be opening a store at “Whiskey Festival 2023 in Tokyo” which will be held at Bellesalle Takadanobaba Event Hall for two days on Saturday, December 2nd and Sunday, December 3rd, 2023. .
This event will offer tastings and sales of Western spirits such as whiskey and spirits from around the world to not only bartenders and liquor store personnel, but also to general enthusiasts.

Our exhibited items include THE HERBALIST YASO GIN ORANGE, which won the Best of the Best at TWSC2023, YASO GIN LEMON, which will be released from September this year, and THE HERBALIST YASO Absinthe Prototype 03, which won the Gold Award at IWSC2022. I will put it up for sale. We will also be selling bottles and merchandise.

The scent is inspired by “imaginary fruits that grow in the forest.” It is a mysterious fruit that has a fresh, fruity, sweet scent with a touch of spice, giving it an oriental feel. We use plenty of two types of orange peel: the sour and juicy Valencia orange and the sweet and fragrant navel orange to create a highly fragrant product.
Furthermore, by adding spices such as fennel, cloves, allspice, and celery seed that bring out the aroma of orange, the result is not only a fruity flavor, but also a firm and delicious taste typical of gin.

●THE HERBALIST YASO Absinthe Prototype 03

An alcoholic beverage made by distilling YASO SPIRITS, which is made from wildflowers such as mugwort, anise, and star anise, and infusing absinthe with fresh spearmint, shiso leaves, and rosemary.
Not only does it have a fresh and refreshing scent, but the liquid also has a natural color derived from plant ingredients. We have improved the change to milky white and achieved an ideal start-up.
