(Head office: Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture; President: Kazushi Tsukada) is constructing the "Echigo Yakuso Distillery" on the premises of its head office in Joetsu City with the concept of a "distillery like a museum" where the world view of "YASO" can be experienced with all five senses as art. Construction is underway with the aim of opening the distillery in late August 2022.
We are pleased to announce that a topping out ceremony will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2022 to celebrate the topping out of the new distillery.
After the ridgepole-raising ceremony, we will also hold a rice-cake-throwing ceremony to express our gratitude to the local community of Kozaruya, Joetsu City, where our head office is located, and invite the local community to participate.

Echigo Medicinal Herb Distillery" is a crowdfunded distillery that, thanks to the support of its customers, has been able to provide distilling scenery, contemporary art, and a variety of other products.
will have a bar salon where you can enjoy YASO on the spot. The distillery will be an integrated space where you can also enjoy the scenery of Joetsu City.
The Company has been working on this project for some time.
The first floor is the factory floor. Visitors can observe the actual distillation process and experience the aroma of "YASO" at the time of distillation.
The second floor is an open-space, open-air art gallery floor. Art works based on the theme of plants and fermentation will be exhibited for a limited time.
The third floor is a bar salon. The third floor is a bar salon where you can experience the pairing of "YASO" and dishes made with local ingredients.
