We have received many inquiries about the factory tour of Echigo Yakuso Distillery, but we have decided to temporarily suspend the tour because of the difficulty in ensuring safety due to snowfall on the way to and from the distillery and around the distillery during the winter season.

We sincerely apologize for the delay in notifying you and ask for your understanding regarding safety during the winter season.

We wondered if there was a way for those who look forward to the factory tour to experience THE HERBALIST YASO even during the winter season, and with the cooperation of MUJI Naoetsu, we have decided to open “Echigo Herb Distillery Lab.” will be open for a limited time from Thursday, January 12, 2023 at MUJI Shared Kitchen on the 2nd floor of Naoetsu Shopping Center.

【Echigo Herb Distillery Lab.】
Since this is a satellite event, the main focus will be on pairing THE HERBALIST YASO with food.
Gin and non-alcoholic drinks using botanical herbs carefully selected by the distiller will be served to everyone, along with dishes that take advantage of local ingredients prepared by the corporate chef.

The concept is “botanicals that taste time.
The menu of drinks and dishes will change with the passage of time throughout the day, and in order to allow everyone to experience the world of THE HERBALIST YASO as much as possible, we will offer pairings that can only be tasted at that time in three timetables: morning, lunch, and afternoon.
