he concept for October’s gin is “lemonade”.
This time, instead of selecting key botanicals and distilling them, we have created a limited edition product by “recreating lemonade in gin”. Instead of using honey and sweeteners, the aroma of lemonade is reproduced with the scent of domestically grown lemons and herbs.
This time, we changed the idea and created a limited edition product by “recreating lemonade in gin” instead of selecting key botanicals and distilling them.
Without using honey or sweeteners, the aroma of lemonade is reproduced with the scent of domestically grown lemons and herbs. This aroma is created by adding and increasing the amount of lemon, fresh rosemary, and orange flower.
This “adult lemonade” combines the sharp lemon peel aroma from the basket distillation with the fresh lemon pulp from the macerated distillation, plus notes of green rosemary and sweet, slightly bitter notes of orange flower. The base gin supports this aroma by creating a clear and gorgeous aroma with a touch of cardamom.
Autumn lemonade made at the beginning of the domestic lemon harvest. It has a soothing taste that can be enjoyed leisurely in the long autumn evenings.
