Sales start on December 1 (Sun.)! Tatsumi Distillery collaboration "THE HERBALIST YASO Absinthe feat.

A limited number of products made in collaboration with Tatsumi Distillery will be available at THE HERBALIST YASO online store or Niigata Isetan store from December 1 (Sun.) at 12:00 pm.

Last spring, our ingredients were used in a gin released by Tatsumi Distillery, which led to the idea that "if we are going to release a gin from YASO, let's make it absinthe. We were offered the precious wormwood from Gujo, and THE HERBALIST YASO Absinthe feat.

Distilled with aniseed, star anise, and fennel seeds, it is a refreshing absinthe with the pleasant bitterness of wormwood and the sweet aroma of anise.

In order to bring out the best flavor, we carefully blended the aniseed and fennel seeds to be distilled with the wormwood, and also took into consideration the distillation temperature. In addition, we have enhanced the flavor by adding decompression-distilled Japanese mugwort. Rosemary and Japanese Hakka (Hakka) were also added to add a refreshing taste that makes you want to drink more and more.
It is delicious mixed with simple water, soda, or tonic, especially with soda for a refreshing taste and tonic for a gorgeous flavor.

Echigo Herb Distillery Craft Gin Stand in Omotesando will also start serving drinks and selling products on Sunday, December 1 at 12:00 pm. The products will be limited to 10 bottles. The drink offer will end as soon as it is gone, so be sure to buy your tickets early.
