Echigo Yakuso's new initiative, 80″ YASO, is an in-house venture that handles everything from manufacturing to sales, and is designed to be sympathetic to the generations and age groups that are the main target of the company's product planning, manufacturing, and sales activities. The team is organized to plan, manufacture and sell products that resonate with the main target generation and age group.
The goal of team "YASO" is to create "healthy and enjoyable alcoholic beverages" with free and unbiased ideas, while taking the average in branding and marketing by selecting men and women.
And the most important reason for this challenge,
'Building a distillery that will enable a cycle that is environmentally friendly.'
This is what we are aiming for.
(1) Recovery of alcohol created in the process of manufacturing health foods to produce alcoholic beverages
(2) Processing "wild herbs" and other plant materials used in the production of enzyme drinks, gin, and spirits into fertilizers for agricultural use

The purpose is to build a distillery that enables recycling without any waste or other losses, as described above.
