YASOシリーズ第三弾のAbsinthe商品「YASO Absinthe prototype03」
YASO SPIRITSにニガヨモギ、アニスシード、スターアニスなどの野草を蒸留してできたアブサンにフレッシュなスペアミント、大葉、ローズマリーを浸漬したお酒です。
浸漬に使用したスペアミント、大葉、ローズマリーは無農薬の新潟県妙高産を使用。
フレッシュで爽やかな香りはもちろん、液色はボタニカル原料由来の自然な色合いが特徴です。2021年3月に発売されたYASO Absinthe prototype02よりさらに乳白色への変化を理想的なたちあがりになるよう改良された「YASO Absinthe prototype03」をお楽しみください。
