YASO Syrup's newest product is the Butterfly Pea mint syrup.
Since YASO makes syrups, we wanted to add herbs and spices, so we developed a recipe after many prototypes.
The refreshing blue image of butterfly peas gives way to a cool spearmint-infused syrup.
In addition to mint, lemongrass, cardamom, fennel, and bergamot leaf are added, and a pinch of Sado salt is added to finish. The result is a refreshing and slightly salty syrup perfect for summer.

[Claire] How do you drink?
Just by mixing it with carbonated water, it becomes a refreshing drink with a minty aroma.
Then, add lemon juice and enjoy how it turns bright pink,
Pour it in two layers with milk to create a latte drink that looks like clouds floating in the summer sky.
In addition, using water with dissolved syrup as ice in a clear, acidic drink makes a special drink that can be enjoyed in a relaxed manner, with the beautiful blue color of the ice and the reddish hue that changes as it melts.
