This butterfly pea, which is also used in herbal teas, is a botanical with a blue pigment.

In this case, we used this natural pigment to create a gin that is as blue as the clear sky.

The Butterfly Pea has been a limited edition item every year since YASO began.

This year, the third year of the event, the base gin has a twist.

By increasing some of the ingredients and changing the timing of adding the basket, we also focused on the aroma and taste of the base gin.

It has a deep flavor that is perfect for the beautiful blue color.

And another characteristic of butterfly peas is that their pigmentation changes from purple to pink when acidic substances are added.
