How is everyone doing?
This is Yamada, who will be in charge of this month's diary.
In Joetsu, it has been particularly cold and snowy since late January....
During distillation, I watch the snow falling and feel the severity of nature.
Well, since the cold weather is expected to continue for a while yet for this month's limited, I made a ginger ale gin to warm you up.

The flavor of ginger and the spices of cinnamon and cardamom create a gin that warms the body with its aroma alone.

Once again, the base juniper parts remain the same, but are blended with distilled ginger and other parts to make it more like ginger ale.
This time, however, we have included a much larger percentage of plus distilled ginger and other parts, and we think you will enjoy the more unique and interesting aspects of the Limited.
The ginger used is called "Dai ginger" from Kochi Prefecture.
Some people may not be familiar with the term "large ginger," but it is a commonly used variety of ginger in the world.
Mildly pungent and warming, ginger seems to calm even the mind(^-^).

We cut such a large ginger and distilled it by adding so much that it just barely soaks the surface of the liquid.
I was surprised to see so much ginger because when I personally bought it, I used it as a condiment.

When distilling the ginger portion, we added not only ginger but also lemon, cinnamon, and cardamom together.
The addition of these added a spice element to the taste and aroma, thickened it, and gave it a stronger ginger ale feel.
It is always a pleasure to see how adding something to something else brings you closer to a single finished product.

This month's limited "Ginger Ale" uses an abundance of large ginger from Kochi Prefecture.
The mild pungency of large ginger and spices such as cinnamon warm the body, making this gin perfect for this season.
It is also thought to be a gin that goes well with Korean cuisine and other meals.
Personally, I'd like to enjoy eating leek pancakes and tappal made with a lot of oil and deep-fried? I'd like to enjoy nira pancakes and tappal made with...lol
If you are interested, we would be happy to purchase it.
That's it for this month's Dialogue!
Thank you for your time. See you soon.
