April's limited edition is a fresh gin scented with herbs and strawberries.

Echigohime, a strong-smelling Niigata brand strawberry, is used as a botanical, and eight fresh herbs are blended to match its fresh, sweet aroma.

Echigohime is a fresh, juicy fruit that grows slowly through the cold Niigata winters, giving it a strong sweetness and aroma. In order to bring out the aroma of Echigohime, this gin is distilled in four parts and blended.

Each of the four parts is made by adjusting the distillation method and cutting position to bring out the aroma of strawberries: juniper berries and spices, strawberries distilled under normal pressure, strawberries distilled under reduced pressure, and fresh herbs distilled in a basket.

We also adjusted the alcohol content to make the aroma feel softer. If you want to enjoy the aroma, we recommend drinking it straight, and if you add sugar to it, the taste will be mellowed. Of course, the strawberry flavor and sweetness go well together when mixed with tonic water.
