The base is made up of 80 different ingredients, mainly wild herbs. The name "THE HERBALIST YASO" is derived from the combination of the words "80 (yaso)" and "wildflowers. Product Details
THE HERBALIST YASO GIN EXTRA HERB
This basic bottle was created with the image of "imaginary fruits in the forest" with a fresh, sweet aroma and spice elements, and with the scent of grass and trees.
The herbal and refreshing aroma is reminiscent of the forest, with a hint of herbalism that escapes into the nose. We recommend a gin and tonic, which has a distinctly fruity character.
Major awards: TWSC2023 Gold Award, WGA2024 Silver Award, and many others
TWSC・・・・Tokyo Whiskey & Spirits Competition, WGA・・・・World Gin Awards

THE HERBALIST YASO GIN ORANGE
This juicy, bitter gin is richly flavored with two types of orange peel. Spices that enhance the orange flavor are added to give it a tight and delicious taste. It is recommended not only as a gin and tonic, but also as a bitter-tasting soda.
Major awards: TWSC 2023 Gold Award, Special Award "Best Japanese Craft Gin", Highest Award "Best of the Best", and many more.

THE HERBALIST YASO GIN LEMON & MELON
JCB The Class Original Blend brings out the elegant and refreshing aroma of "Lemon from Sado Island, Niigata Prefecture" and the sweetness and richness of "Niigata Dune Melon". We recommend drinking it with a strong gin and tonic or with soda to simply enjoy the flavor of the original gin, which has the juicy flavor of melon enhanced by the acidity of the lemon.
