Chef. Born in Tehran and raised in Nagasaki.

She started "Repas de Maria" out of her daily life around the dining table with her close friends. She specializes in proposing unique cuisine that transcends genres, based on Persian (Middle Eastern) and West Asian home cooking that her mother, who married into Iran, inherited from her grandmother, as well as Japanese home cooking.

She freely incorporates ingredients, spices, herbs, and condiments from around the world in her pursuit of dishes that are gentle on the body and uplifting to the soul. He is involved in a wide variety of activities centered on "food," including catering, cooking classes, recipe development, and food events.
