This time, natural fir trees grown at an altitude of 800 meters at the foot of Mount Fuji in Yamanashi Prefecture are used.
This gin has a refreshing, calm, and deep green aroma, as if one were to wade through the snow into a forest of fir trees in the winter when it is snowing heavily.
The cool and pleasant aroma is perfect for Christmas dishes, so why not pair it with fir tree gin and soda for a different kind of Christmas pairing?
