Hebes is called a fantastic citrus fruit produced only in the Hyuga district of Miyazaki Prefecture. Its balls are larger than those of sudachi, its aroma is gentler than that of kabosu, and its skin is thinner than that of yuzu. We use approximately 100 kg of luxurious JAS organic-certified hebes, which are carefully grown without the use of pesticides.
