We will hold the 9th "Echigo Herb Distillery" Open Day, which has been very popular.
Therefore, we will begin accepting applications for participation in the event on Friday, August 8, 2012. Details are as follows
Echigo Herb Distillery Open Day
The event will include a tour of the distillery, making original gin, and tasting and selling limited-edition products.
In order to allow everyone to experience the world of THE HERBALIST YASO as much as possible, we will have two sessions, one in the morning and the other in the afternoon.
Event Details
(1) Our staff will carefully guide you through the distillery so that you can enjoy every aspect of the distillery.
You can blend your own bottle of gin based on "YASO GIN Extra Herbal". You can take the finished gin home with you.
(3) Tasting and sales of past limited series products will be held.

Echigo Yakuso Distillery: 73 Oaza-Kozaruya, Joetsu City, Niigata 942-0055, Japan
Application period
Friday, August 8, 12:00 noon to Sunday, August 17, 12:00 noon
Results will be announced on Wednesday, August 20.
This event will be held on a lottery basis if capacity is exceeded.
Application procedures will be announced at a later date.
Timetable
Saturday, September 27, 2025, in two parts, about 2 hours each
Part 1: 11:00-13:30 By bus: Meet at Joetsu Myoko Station West Exit Rotary at 10:30 a.m.
Part 2: 15:00-17:20 By bus: Meet at Joetsu Myoko Station West Exit Rotary at 14:30
For access, a shuttle bus will be available from Joetsu Myoko Station. Please note that the arrival time may be delayed depending on the event closing time or traffic congestion.

36 persons for 1 part 36 persons for 2 parts Reservations are required.
■ Fees
One person: 6,380 yen (tax included)
For the price of a bottle of gin, you can enjoy a "blending experience," "factory tour," and "tasting experience" all in one value-priced workshop.
■Others
For safety reasons, we do not allow persons under 20 years old to participate in the event. Please understand this in advance.
Welcome drink will be served. The content of the drink will be announced on the day of the event.
In addition to alcoholic beverages, we will also be selling clothing and other goods on the day of the event.
If you are making a reservation for a group, the representative person should make a reservation for the number of participants.
Please note the following precautions regarding photography and videography on the day of the event.
Due to preparation, please enter the venue 10 minutes prior to the start of the event. Thank you for your understanding.
Photography and Video
In principle, you are free to take photos in the distillery facility, except in the warehouse on the 1st floor, inside the counter on the 3rd floor, and in dangerous areas. Please enjoy your memories of your visit by sharing them with your family, friends, and acquaintances on social networking sites, etc. However, please observe the following rules.
1. Please refrain from using photographs and videos taken at the distillery for commercial purposes.
2. Please refrain from posting on the Internet (blogs, Facebook, etc.) or in magazines, even for non-commercial purposes, any photo that recognizes the faces of other participants in the factory tour without their permission.
When using the photos and videos you have taken, please be considerate of other participants' portrait rights and manners.
4. Depending on the circumstances of the day, we may ask you not to take photos or videos. In such cases, please follow the instructions of the person in charge.
Requests from our photographers
Photos taken by our press on the day of the event will be used on our SNS, website, TV and newspapers for advertising and publicity purposes.
If you do not want to be photographed or do not like to be photographed, please let our photographer know.
