The guest bartender for the event will be Hiromitsu Ito of Cocktail Bar Raven, who will serve original cocktails created by Mr. Ito, and Mr. Umeda, Distillation Manager of Echigo Herbalist YASO GIN EXTRA HERB will introduce the development episode related to the renewal of THE HERBALIST YASO GIN EXTRA HERB. Mr. Umeda, the distiller in charge of THE HERBALIST YASO GIN EXTRA HERB will also introduce the development episode related to the renewal.

This fan meeting will feature a special cocktail using the renewed THE HERBALIST YASO GIN EXTRA HERB.

◾️ cocktail name "Fructus Yggdrasil / Fruit of the World Tree
Based on THE HERBALIST YASO GIN EXTRA HERB, this cocktail layers forest-inspired plants such as vetiver, patchouli, and laurel, sweetness that mimics birch sap, and imaginary fruit elements with bergamot and green apple. The theme is "fruits that may exist in the forest" while imagining the essence of non-existent ingredients and aromas. Yggdrasil - the world tree. The word "YASO" (eighty) is also associated with Japanese mythology, including the eighty deities, and means "countless things" or "innumerable" in ancient Japanese. The character "eight," with its terminal spreading shape, symbolizes the spreading and interconnectedness of the world, like the roots of a tree extending deep into the earth. THE HERBALIST YASO GIN, which uses the largest and most diverse botanicals in the world, is a gin that, as its name suggests, encompasses diversity and possibility. The fruit of the World Tree is a drink born from the idea of capturing all of YASO's countless botanicals, which appear and disappear like a whirlpool, as a "world" and enclosing them all within the imaginary fruit of the World Tree.
