Echigo Herb Distillery Lab." will be open for a limited time at Itoigawa Kitale on February 25 (Sat) and 26 (Sun)!

On February 25 and 26, "Mai-Kimchi Donburi Fair" will be held at Kita Plaza Kitare in Itoigawa City! Echigo Yakuso Distillery Lab. will be serving mai-kimchi donburi (rice bowl with mai-kimchi) using our product mai-kimchi as a restaurant. Take-out will be available on the day.

The meat is carefully selected by Mr. Tanabe, the owner of the meat restaurant, using Nagomi pork. Two types of sauces are available for the pork kimchi bowl.
