The Whiskey Festival, organized by the Institute of Whiskey Culture, will be held for the first time in two years!

The craft gin brand "YASO" will also participate in "Whisky Festival 2022 in TOKYO" in Tokyo. This will be our first participation in an offline event.

YASO SPIRITS
Yomogi is also known as the "king of wild plants. This distilled liquor is made from 80 different ingredients, mainly high-quality mugwort that grows wild in the Joetsu region of Niigata Prefecture, and is slowly fermented and aged in a ceramic pot over a period of one year before the alcohol content is extracted.

YASO GIN 2022
The distillation method was devised to achieve a clear, light mouthfeel, and juniper berries and spices were lightly crushed by hand to enhance the aroma while increasing the filtering process to achieve a clear, transparent flavor.

YASO GIN 100
This GIN is specially distilled for overseas use. Based on the concept of herbs and flowers, lavender, chamomile, jasmine, and rose were used as botanicals, and the proportions were adjusted and distilled so that the gorgeous aroma would spread.

The refreshing lemongrass aroma of the rare Margao and the fresh, whole, domestic, pesticide-free lemon botanicals give it a distinctly fresh lemon flavor.

YASO Absinthe Prototype 03
YASO SPIRITS is a liquor made by macerating fresh spearmint, shiso leaves, and rosemary in absinthe, which is made by distilling YASO SPIRITS with wild herbs such as nigger wormwood, aniseed, and star anise.
In addition to its fresh and invigorating aroma, the liquid color is characterized by the natural tint derived from botanical ingredients. The change to a milky white color has been improved to achieve an ideal rise.
