YASO Absinthe prototype 03, the third Absinthe product in the YASO series
YASO SPIRITS is a liquor made by macerating fresh spearmint, shiso leaves, and rosemary in absinthe, which is made by distilling YASO SPIRITS with wild herbs such as nigger wormwood, aniseed, and star anise.
Spearmint, shiso leaves, and rosemary used for maceration are pesticide-free and grown in Myoko, Niigata Prefecture.
YASO Absinthe prototype 03 has been improved from YASO Absinthe prototype 02, which was released in March 2021, to achieve an ideal milky white color. YASO Absinthe prototype03, which has been further improved from YASO Absinthe prototype02 released in March 2021.
